Honey is a very important item to have in the house because of its importance and natural natural nature, research has made us to understand that honey is a potential ingredients in supplements and medications used in treating a wide range of health issues today, it aids quick healing on wounds and used as first aids for burns.

In quest to differentiate between adulterated honey and pure honey, add a teaspoon full of the honey into a full glass of water if it settle right at the bottom of the glass it could be pure honey because adulterated honey will dissolve immediately in water. Pure honey contains only 18% of water in its composition.
